Nice time.

What is it?
Coffee with chocolate and cloves made by steeping, not brewing.

What you'll need:
8 cups water
4 oz ground Open Eye Coffee
4 oz sugar (brown)
2 cinnamon sticks
3 whole cloves
1 square of chocolate (semi-sweet)

How to make it:
Bring filtered water to a boil, add some cinnamon, cloves, sugar and chocolate.

Once these ingredients come to a boil, take the foam off the top. Reduce to a simmer, then add ground Open Eye Coffee.

Steep for 5 minutes. Unless you want black particles in your teeth, strain it. Serve right away!

Serves 8 peeps.
